Janay Powell (she/her)
Janay Powell has worked as the Community Service Block Grant Director since August 2024. She is responsible for overseeing, evaluating, promoting, and coordinating the program activities funded under the Community Services Block Grant, ensuring that everything aligns with the guidelines provided by the Office of Community Services, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Office of Economic Opportunity.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She has had previous roles in mental health, human services, quality assurance, data and analytics, as well as program management. She is passionate about the entire community and is dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.

Sapna Narasimhamurthy (she/her)
Sapna Narasimhamurthy is the Education Coordinator/Case Manager who is responsible for the self-sufficiency and food pantry programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and is an Associate Professional in Human Resources. She is passionate about creating compelling services and providing resources for participants to meet their goals. Sapna’s goal is to continue the important work the organization has embarked on, for participants who will benefit from our excellent program.

Madeyson Dyce (she/her)
Dedicated and proactive recent graduate with a degree in both Community and Justice Studies & Sociology and Anthropology. Madeyson is eager to kickstart her career as a case manager and make a positive impact at Alamance County Community Services Agency. Madeyson values the importance of partnerships with other organizations to equip individuals/families with support and networking systems to become self-sufficient. In addition, she is passionate about providing equitable resources & services for participants to achieve their goals. Although Madeyson is committed to providing access & opportunities for all. She enjoys her love of music and is a skilled musician that invests her time in drumming & music production.

Elizabeth Payne (she/her)
Elizabeth Payne has worked with Alamance County Community Services Agency since 2013 as the Finance Officer/ Human Resource Director. She believes in the agency’s mission of moving people out of poverty and helping them become self-sufficient. Her passion is in expanding the agency’s programs to assist our community members in need.

Danielle Fields (she/her)
In July 2023, Danielle Fields became the Executive Director. Growing up in a military family, she lived domestically and internationally throughout her childhood and has resided in Alamance County since 2013.
She has had previous roles in government services, the private sector, and fifteen years of experience with non-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and History. Danielle has a passion for creating positive collaborations that lead to enhancing programs and empowering the lives of our community members.
